I have been sitting on this one for what feels like a year. I got it during a Sephora sale and it kind of got lost in the mix, found, lost again, and finally refound. I will start off by telling you this set is no longer for sale. However, the pieces of it are sold individual which is why I am going to review it.
This set is a Rainforest of the Sea moisture set of some kind. There is a hashtag on the back of it that says Tarte Delight. The name was actually hidden on the side of the packaging and is called Skin Win Hydrating Skincare Set
This is part of the Rainforest of the Sea collection and it’s a Marine Boosting Mist. This one is actually a 4 in 1 setting mist which sounds super fancy for a setting spray. This stuff is a primer, setting spray, hydrating mist and skin refresher that helps extend the wear of makeup for 12 hours.
This is a Drink of H20 Hydrating boost which is a vegan gel that soothes & refreshes parched skin with electrolyte-packed hydration. This stuff is light and goes on super smooth. Also, it doesn’t leave your face feeling heavy and you get complete and full hydration with just a little bit of it. I really dig this one and will be getting more of it.
This one is a Quench Lip Rescue which is a tinted lip balm that shields and rescues lips. It’s supposed to stop the early signs of aging while delivering intense hydration & soft, subtle color. It does all and it’s quite lovely. It’s that happy medium between a lipstick and a lip balm. I really like this one since it’s a simple formula and doesn’t leave my lips dry. Seriously even when it wears off my lips are left silky soft.
Listen this Maracuja Oil is amazing. I have gotten several samples of it over the past year and it’s the best. This is a powerful skincare oil that comes from the maracuja fruit, naturally rich in brightening vitamin C. It’s supposed to replenish essential fatty acids to nourish, protect & feed your skin. You only have to use 2 drops of this stuff, I warm it up in my hands then apply it to my face. It will make your skin feel a little oily for a bit but once it sinks in it so smooth and wonderful. I use it as just a moisturizer and a primer. I keep a sample bottle of this on my desk to use when my skin is feeling dry.
This set is amazing and I’m really glad I got it when I did. All of these products are still available seperate and I have included links to them below from the Tarte website.
