I think it’s time I cut back on my posts for a while.
I have been busy with my normal job. I started working as an assistant training lead and it consumed all of my time. Actually, to the point, I didn’t want to even look at a computer after work. Due to that, I have been struggling with posts recently.
Also, I found out about 2 months ago I have a weird combination of Gastritis, which is an inflammation, irritation, or erosion of the lining of the stomach. Also, Esophagitis which is an inflammation that may damage tissues of the esophagus, the muscular tube that delivers food from your mouth to your stomach.
Basically, both of them cause heartburn so bad that it feels like a heart attack, upper/lower back pain that makes it hard to move. Not to mention the stomach acid making you so nauseous you either vomit or make you want to vomit. I have been having stomach issues for years but it’s only amplified recently.
It started after want I’m assuming is some fake movie theater butter and greasy foods that flared it up so bad I ended up in the ER. It happened again 2 weeks later we went back to the movies which is how I figured the popcorn out. Then it’s been on and off not to a major extreme. Until it hit me so bad and so hard Saturday I thought I was dying. The sad part is that it was only for an hour and a half. Then all the medicine I took kicked in. When It happens I’m drained and sore for days after.
I’m writing all this cause I think I need to spend more time getting my health back in check and less time stressing about cranking out 3 bullshit posts a week. I think I’m going to cut it back to 2. Stop doing Mondays for a while. This way I have some time to take care of me and revaluation my blog. Maybe find new content and thinks I want to write about.
