So I had a post I was going to do today and decided I didn’t want to do it. I decided I wanted to do something different. I keep seeing a lot of makeup hack videos basically everywhere so I decided to try one today and review it.
The one I’m reviewing today is an eyebrow trick using a pair of tweezers.
Basically, how it works is you take a pair of tweezer and mark the ends of them with your chosen eyebrow product. You then take the tweezers and use them to draw an outline of your eyebrows then fill them in. Sounds simple right. It is and I may have overthought it.
I am going to walk you through doing this in pictures which while putting the post together I realize I look like a psychopath in some of them so please disregard that.
These are the Tools I used for this. My pink tweezers and Ka-Brow from Benefits.
Here are my eyebrows before, they are still basically non-existent.
I didn’t know how much to put on there so I just dipped it in the little pot. I got a little outline but nothing close to a complete line.
I filled in the one eyebrow and it looks insane. I’m not the best at doing my eyebrows but I filled it in and it looks really strange to me. Maybe cause I usually just wing my eyebrows.
I literally was in a dilemma cause I was upset that I ruined them both. I’m overdramatic today and I’m not apologizing for it. They don’t even match. They are supposed to be twins, not just sisters.
I took my trusty shape tape concealer and clean these losers up and they aren’t as bad. They are still too dark for my liking but I went with them.
After finishing my complete makeup for today I decided they were actually legit and I’m super happy with them. I did lighten them up a little bit during my process. I will be trying this trick again maybe with a different product.
Side note I dig this picture. I think it’s cause I used my selfie light and the sunlight for the perfect lighting combo. Also, I didn’t have the heart to crop Lemmy out of the background. Plus my hair looks amazing today.
End Result: It works, so give it a try. Let me know how it works for you.
Also if there is any trick you want me to test run then, by all means, let me know. I would love suggestions.
