So I know what you’re thinking. I thought you reviewed all your subscription box for last month. Well, I did but this is a seasonal one so I delayed it. Also, I needed to review the Fall one before this one. So here we all finishing out my Walmart Beauty box week.
It came in this icy blue box, which is really perfect since it’s the winter one.
They included a bag in this one which I wasn’t expecting. It’s actually pretty nice. It’s this silver blue color with the Walmart spark on one side and raindrops on the other.
SooAE Unicorn Glow Hologram mask. I was actually really excited about this one when I saw it in the box. I’m big on unicorns and face masks. When you take it out of the packaging it’s a super slimy. It fits my face pretty well but it felt like it was gonna fall off anytime I moved my head. I do wish the eye and mouth holes were a little bigger cause I can see the mask around my eyes. Also, the mask is more of a silver than a hologram so I really look like one of the guys from Slipknot wearing it. I left it on for 20 mins and it got better has it went along. When I took it off it was a harder mask from drying. My face was coated in the face mask goodness I massage some of it in and then let the remainder soak in. After a couple of hours, I had to wash my face cause it was kind of sticky and had product on it. I have never used a mask that took this long to soak in after it’s taken off. Like I could rub my fingers across my face and it would take off dead skin. After I washed my face it was smooth, hydrated, and had a slight glow to it. Even though the process isn’t the best the results are. I would buy this one again cause of it.
This mask is $2.50 and is currently out of stock online but is available in stores.
Olay Daily Facials. This one was strange but in a good way. This is a 5 in 1 cleansing cloth that can be used as a makeup remover, a scrub, a toner, and a mask. When I read all that even I was like no fucking way. So I opened this one up and it’s just this white cheesecloth looking makeup wipe. I used this one on a full face of makeup, mascara and all. This is legit like I was blown away. It literally took everything off with nothing left behind. My face felt cleansed and refreshed. This one is life changing and I will be buying more of them cause they are incredible.
These are $6.87 for a tub that has a 33 count. You can get refill packs of 66 for $11.57.
Garnier’s Soothing 3-in-1 Moisturizing Day/Night- Mask. I have gotten this one before. So I did jack that review since it still holds true.
- a day moisturizer that hydrates
- a night moisturizer that nourishes.
- a face mask to soothe.
I have used this as all 3. As a day moisturizer, I put on my toner and then apply this. After about 2 hours my face is smooth, but it is a little greasy around my nose. When I used it for the night and sleep on it. I did wake up with soft skin with no redness. I did have to apply my toner in the morning cause I was a tiny bit greasy. It actually made my skin smoother than it normally is with the toner. I have used it as a mask which I tend to use a little bit more than I would have just a face moisturizer. Honestly, you really only need just a little bit of this stuff will cover your whole face. I prefer this one as a mask or a night moisturizer. Mainly cause you can wash your face after or in the morning. Personally, it works better for me.
This one goes for $8.75 for a 6.75oz jar. Which has gone down from the time I reviewed it.
Curel Hydra Therapy Lotion. I have honestly not really messed with anything from this brand. I just haven’t felt the need to which is sad on my part. This one is a thin cream that goes on more like a thicker cream which is really weird. It does leave a bit of a greasy feel which goes away once it starts soaking in. I have used this after a shower and it seems like it works a little better. I recommended only using a little cause too much can make it really greasy, which the bottle says it’s not supposed to so. That’s the only downside to it really, but that could just be on me. This stuff works wonderfully and makes my skin feel hydrated and super soft. I would buy it again.
This stuff comes in a 12oz bottle for $10.94.
Cetaphil Hydrating Eye Gel-Cream. I really dig the Cetaphil brand, they are honestly a simple product that works. I’m also sad that I forget that sometimes. I really don’t ever purchase eye creams and I’m not sure why. This one is wonderful, it’s a light gel that goes under and around the eye with ease. After I apply it, you can feel it working pretty quickly. My eyes were soft and slightly brighter. I used the one on an off for a few weeks and could see a difference. I didn’t look like a couple raccoon. I really dig this one and would buy it again.
This one is $13.43 for 0.5 oz tube.
Pantene Intense Rescue Shots. This one is all gold everything. The package really caught my eye when I pulled it out of the bag cause of it. This one is a hair treatment which I am always for since my hair is a natural disaster sometimes.
The tube is also gold, which I like that it kept with the theme of it all. This is a tiny tube so I was worried I wouldn’t get to fully test it. However, this one you on take some and use it on the bottom of your hair. It says start midway and goes down to the tips. The cream was easy to apply and I didn’t have to use as much as I thought which shocked me since my hair is so long. I have been able to use this 3 times so far with still enough for one or 2 more treatments. This stuff is pretty amazing, it left my hair soft and untangled. The bottom part of my hair is what I have the most issues with really so this was perfect for that. I would totally buy this one again.
These come in a pack of 3 of these 0.5oz tubes for $4.97 which isn’t actually that bad. I thought it would be more for some reason.
I really like the items I got in this one, even the duplicate one I really like, so it wasn’t terrible.
When I went to pull up the page to get the link and I’m kind of bummed I didn’t get the other products featured here. Also, it makes me wonder if everyone gets different stuff? I thought this was just a bulk thing. Anyone get one of these?!? Did you get something different? please tell me.
All of these items can, of course, be purchased from your local Walmart or Walmart.com hence why they come in a Walmart Beauty Box. If you order over $35 worth of stuff you get free 2 Day Shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping can change and be delayed a day depending on what time you order it.
For this entire box, you pay $5, that’s it. Even if you get something terrible that you hate or won’t use. It’s $5 so it’s not a complete an utter loss compared to blow $50 on one product that is complete shit. This one is seasonal so it’s $20 a year for random products to try. If you are interested in trying I have included a link below.
