August Ipsy Glam Bag.

Hello,

I’m forever delayed and literally missed a whole week. Mental Health took me out and I had to take it to heal so it was worth it. Now here we are with the subscription reviews of the month.

Starting as always with my Ipsy bag.

This month’s theme is Bare Yourself, which is self-explanatory.

Here is a  list of all the items you get in this month’s bag.

This is a  deep forest green bag with the stud imprints on it. The inside is pink and I dig it. I’m gonna e  switching makeup bags.

Estate Cosmetics Dew Me Baked Highlighter in Lit. This is a brand that I had to check and see if I had tried before cause the name sounded familiar which. I really dig the all pink packaging. This is a white package highlighter with some intense gold tones to it. I have been using it since I got it and you really don’t have to cake it on to get the full effect. I rather like it and will use it all up. Also, I’m gonna look into this brand more and see what else they have since I’m so happy with the 1st try.

There are  6 shades of these and they are $10  a pop.

Buy Dew Me Baked Highlighter.

Space Case Eyeshadow in  Intense Stargasm. I got another Space Case eyeshadow in a bag a while back and loved it so I was happy to see another one in this one.  The shade is silver with so many dimensions to it.  This is a creamy formula that goes on with ease. It’s also both blendable and buildable. I really dig this brand and will be investing in them more in the future.

This one is $9 and comes in an array of shades.

Buy Intense Stargasm Eyeshadow.

Eyeko Beach Waterproof Mascara. I have tried this brand before there was an eyeliner a  few bags back. I always appreciate a  good mascara so I was excited to give it a try. So this is a waterproof mascara which I know is a  little different sometimes.  I do not care for this.  You can use one coat and it does make your lashes a  little bigger but it’s clumpy. Even more clumpy, if you try to add another coat.  Honestly, 1 coat felt like 10. My lashes felt like they were coated in glue. It was awful to get off cause you can’t just pull it off without pulling out lashes. It is waterproof so it does that. However, I will never buy this again.  If you had a  better experience with this then please let me know.

If you are into clumpy mascara this stuff is  $20.80.

Buy Beach Waterproof Mascara.

Wander Beauty Lift Off Purifying and Brightening Peel Off Mask.  I really like this brand I have tried a  couple things from them. This one is a  thick sticky purple gel-like mask. Which I had the worst time trying to apply to my face. It didn’t want to spread so it was weird getting my whole face covered.  Once I got it on I left it on for  10 mins then peeled it off which I had no issues with. It did leave my skin soft but I couldn’t really tell much of a difference.  Honestly, I wouldn’t buy it again.

A 2.029 oz tube of this is $34.

Buy Lift Off Purifying and Brightening Peel-off Mask.

Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream by Sunday Riley. So I actually got this product in a Sephora box last September, it was the one time I got a damaged product. I’ve had nothing be a good experience with the brand before. This stuffs appears to me to be some kind of Gel Cream. You only need a dab of it to cover your entire face. It will instantly start soaking into your skin to give you that silky hydrated feel. I put it on this morning and it still holds up. My face is a little greasy around my nose but it’s not too much. It leaves you with a  nice hydrated glow going on here. I really love this one and would definitely invest in more of it.

This one comes in  2 sizes 0.5 oz for $22 and  1.7 oz for $65.

Buy Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream.

There were some hit and misses with this bag but I’m gonna stay positive and hope it improves next months.
